Feature Request Prayer requests

wondering if boomerang can be used or something similar for a prayer request list service to be used for church sites. Without login, members could submit prayer request, admin would moderate, prayer request is added to list, site visitors can see prayer requests and click button to say they are prayed for. automatic schedule to remove from list after set time so less admin needed.

    Hey pgwebgirl,

    Thank you for your suggestion. Anonymous feedback is already available, pre-approval too, and then I guess the prayer request would then sit in the directory as normal, so visitors can see it. You could then adapt the vote system to be an indication the request has been prayed for. That could be very powerful. Of course anonymous voting is permitted using Boomerang, so this should work beautifully.

    The only item that we don’t provide is a timed removal system. Absolutely fantastic idea.

    If this is something that you would like to see happen for yourself, or a client, I’d like to set you up with a free lifetime licence, so we can get that particular part working as you would like. Perhaps in return we could feature your prayer request idea as a case study?
